Tuition Payment Plans

Families have the option to choose between four different payment plans:

  • Annual Plan: Full payment due by August 1st
  • Semi-Annual Plan: Two equal payments due August and January
  • Quarterly Plan: Four equal payments due August, November, January & March
  • Monthly Plans: Twelve or ten equal payments due each month, July through June

If, after selecting a payment plan, a parent/guardian encounters unanticipated financial difficulty, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify the Business Office as soon as possible to discuss an alternative payment plan.

Tuition and Billing Platform

All families must enroll with FACTS and select a tuition plan on or before May 1st. FACTS will assess an administrative fee of $50, which will be billed prior to your first month’s tuition or added to your first month's billing if invoiced. All tuition payments can be made through FACTS Tuition Management and St. Mary’s may automatically re-enroll families in FACTS tuition payment program for each subsequent school year.
